So I dont own a house, nor do I live someplace I expect to still be in for another 15 years. But if I did, Id totally be all about getting these installed TODAY.

You no longer have to buy Solar Panels up front you can lease them! This to me makes a lot of sense, as it allows you immediate benefits without the massive cost normally involved. And in 15 years, when your lease is up, you can purchase, or just as likely, enter into a new lease agreement with better/newer panels.
