A couple of my oldest cycling friends (old as in years known -- though pat himself will prob. assume I meant old as in age) made the trek to SF from San Ramon this morning. Here we met up with another friend and headed north to show them one of my favorite loops from the city: Alpine Dam (via Fairfax). We didn't set any records out there today but it didnt matter; it was awesome enough just to hit those roads with old and new friends.
